we ship from a single fulfillment partner in ontario, canada. orders are shipped tuesday through friday. anything ordered after 12pm ET on friday ships the following tuesday.
where we ship
we ship to the united states and canada only. no exceptions, no international, no apo/fpo, no freight forwarders. if you place an order from outside us/ca it will be refunded automatically within 3 business days.
processing time
orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. you'll get a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email with tracking the moment your label is generated.
drops and pre-orders may take longer — those product pages will state the expected ship window clearly. if the date moves, we'll email you.

transit times are estimates from the carrier — not guarantees. weather, customs holds, and carrier delays happen. we don't refund shipping for late deliveries unless the carrier formally declares the package lost.
carriers
canada: canada post, ups, fedex united states: ups, usps, dhl
we'll select the carrier based on your location and the speed you selected. you'll see the carrier name in your tracking email.
tracking
every shipment includes tracking. once your label is created you'll receive an email with a tracking link. tracking sometimes takes 12–24 hours to register the first scan — that's normal. if there's no movement after 48 hours, email us.
duties and customs (us orders)
us customers may be charged import duties or sales tax depending on the state. these charges are billed by the carrier at delivery, not by us, and we have no control over them. we declare orders at full value as required by law.
we are working on a ddp (delivered duty paid) option for us customers — when it goes live, you'll see it as a checkout option.
address changes
if you entered the wrong address, email us at support@blursociety.com within 1 hour of placing your order. after that window the order is typically already in fulfillment and we cannot intercept it.
if a package ships to the wrong address because of an entry error on your end, we cannot replace or refund it. double-check before you submit.
po boxes
we ship to po boxes via standard mail only. express options aren't available for po boxes.
lost or stolen packages
if your tracking says delivered but you don't have it:
- check around the property — porches, side doors, neighbors, mail rooms
- wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark "delivered" before the actual drop-off
- file a claim with the carrier directly (they have evidence of delivery, not us)
- email us at support@blursociety.com — we'll help you escalate
we cannot automatically refund or replace packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. if the carrier's investigation concludes the package was lost in transit, we will replace or refund.
for stolen packages we recommend signature confirmation (available on express).
damaged packages
if your order arrives damaged — torn packaging, water exposure, anything affecting the product — email support@blursociety.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- the outer package
- the damaged product
- the shipping label
we'll replace the item or refund you, our choice based on stock.
delays during high-volume periods
during drops, holidays, and sale windows, processing time may extend to 5 business days. we'll post a banner site-wide when this is the case. we'd rather be honest than have you refresh your tracking page.
undeliverable packages
if a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, no one home for signed delivery), we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a $5 return-handling fee. you can also pay to have it re-shipped to a correct address.
